APPOINTMENT POLICIES   

From January 2022 ALL appointments made require a 50% deposit. 

​

Deposit will only be refunded, should you need to cancel providing that you do so 48 hours before your appointment.

Deposits will be held on account if you cancel within 24 and 48 hours and ALL cancellations under 24 hours notice deposits won't be refunded.

​

Failure to show up for an appointment will mean your deposit will be held as a minimum payment for services booked also.

Deposits can be paid online, in salon or on link provided for telephone bookings.
